Welcome to the club house of the Tri-County Bulldogs.
Our organization goals are as follows:
Each player will be given the opportunity to find and earn their role on the team and become part of the team. It’s very simple – it’s all about attitude, “stick and glove”. Each player must be prepared to work hard and improve on their skills. This will require the desire to improve and effective listening.
It’s important to reiterate, in any sport where it can become very competitive, that your role as parents is an important part of the players development. We ask for each of you to support the coaching staff with their decisions when discussing games/situations with your players. If there are concerns, we ask that you utilize the 24 hour rule before discussing with your players coach.
The players also have a very important role in this and that is to learn to communicate with the coaches directly, not through their parents. We can not stress enough how important it is for the players to develop this form of communication, which can be difficult at this age. It is only another step in their development as an athlete.
We had a very successful spring/summer '09 season and look forward to continuing to focus on the fundamental aspects of the game going forward.....
Thank you,
Tri-County Bulldogs Coaching Staff
